Woven French Braids

Hi friends,

Yesterday I made a center waterfall braid, but left hair out of both sides.  Then I added the hair from the left into another French braid on that side, and the hair from the right into a third French braid on that side.  All three braids look woven together, in a look that is actually easy to create!

Head-dress Hair-do

Today I tried using my little hairclips to help make this head-dress hairstyle with a roll-up bun.  I love this fishnet look :-)

Leaning Tower of Pisa Hairstyle

Hello friends, 

I hope you have a fun Saturday!  Today I my hair-do seemed to lean to one side~ I separated some of my hair out, then made a center ponytail with the rest of my hair.  The hair I left free of the ponytail I used to make a semi-circle French braid, kind of like Lilith Moon's hairstyle in this video.  Finally I braided my ponytail and wrapped it and the length of my semi-circle French braid into a braided bun.  You can tell why I call this my Leaning Tower of Pisa look :-)

Square Updo~ my look for today

Hi friends,

At first I wasn't going to take hair pictures, but after so many people told me how much they loved the way I fixed my hair I thought I'd better upload pictures after all!  My look for today was a sideways 4-strand French braid.  I looped the long braid into a flattened-out square bun and held everything in place with two hairclips and bobby pins.  This look has lasted all day long!

Basket-Weave Updo

Hello friends,

Today was a beautiful, windy, colorful day~ the flowers and leaves in the background seem to match my hair clips exactly!  I started this hairstyle by making a small waterfall braid, then another, and along the bottom I made a lace rope braid.  It's hard to tell one braided section from the other, but the overall effect reminds me of a woven basket.
